This Never Ends....

So many reports, and so many questions and still no definate direction.

One report is that there are several cases waiting to go before the judge, but that the head of Chimaltenango needs to review them, as he is responsible for the welfare of our children. He mentioned that he might review them before the end of the month, but there are no promises. He then said the judge could take 1-3 weeks.

Huh? How did it go from he was just to collate, coordinate and move papers in a matter of days after recieving the MP letter (which was now almost a month ago), to him wanting to review and take some responsibility for the matter at hand.

Court hearings for the specific children's cases start March 5. We do not have an attorney, so we do not know if we are part of those court hearings or when our court date would be. Frankly, it is pointless for us to have to go before the judge, when we are already waiting to go before the judge to get her signature to leave the country! How does any of this make any sense, if our investigation is complete.

This never ends....and my life cannot begin... What hurts me even more when I think of a comment that someone told us - "If your daughter was not at Semillas, she would have already been home..." For all the reasons our home was targeted, our children are paying the ultimate price for the unjust actions of others.
